Coral Park Cheerleading
The Miami Coral Park Rams Cheerleading Squad is a talented group of young women and men committed to supporting the teams and clubs that make our school an outstanding place to be. From football games to class reunions, pep rallies and more, we lead the way, promoting school spirit in the finest tradition of Rams Cheerleaders.
Our goal is to develop athletes who are both ready for life after high school and who also enjoy their extracurricular activity. Through precise tasks, discipline, and teamwork, our coaches and sponsors assist students to success in their studies, lives, and relationships.
Enthusiasm and dedication, athleticism and pride in our blue and gold are our hallmarks, and our spirit cannot be denied.

2025-2026 Coral Park Cheerleading Tryouts
Interested in becoming a Coral Park Cheerleader? Follow the steps below!
Step 1: Register For Tryouts
Step 2: Meet Coral Park Cheerleader/Tryout Criteria
All requirements must be met to be able to tryout!
(If you played a sport this year you should already be cleared by Athletics, confirm with the Athletics Office before Clinics.)
- You must have an unweighted, overall cumulative, 2.0 GPA in Academics and Conduct to be eligible to participate in Athletics. This is a cumulative GPA, calculated for all classes taken 9 thru 12th grade
- You must have a FULLY completed MDCPS 2025-2026 Athletic Physical Packet turned in to the Athletics' Office.
You must print and fill out the 2 files (completed by a physician), and have it notarized. The links below will take you to the forms required to complete the physical.
- For Tryouts you must purchase $14 Summer Athletic Insurance. Everything in steps 1 and 2 must be turned in and APPROVED before purchasing insurance.

Download, print, and fill out the Coral Park Cheerleading Tryout Application Packet. In this packet you will find all the information for the cheerleading Tryouts.

Step 4: Attend Clinics and Tryouts
You must come day 1 & day 2 of clinics and to tryout on 5/8!
Location- NEW/WEST Cafeteria
ATTIRE FOR ALL CLINIC DAYS & TRYOUT DAY:
Black plain t-shirt, Black Spandex Shorts
Cheer shoes or Athletic shoes (No Converse, Vans, and etc.)
Hair: Slicked High Ponytail (preferably with cheer bow)
NO FLYAWAYS & NO HAIR ON FACE
