Vision and Mission
Miami Coral Park Senior High School
Engineering Magnet Program
Our Vision
The vision of the engineering and robotics program is to appeal to diverse students of similar interests in the field of engineering. Through the utilization of modern scientific technology, field experiences, internships and a partnership with Florida International University (FIU), students are empowered to use critical thinking skills and apply their knowledge to make real life connections.
The Mission
The mission of Miami Coral Park Senior High School Engineering and Robotics Magnet Program (MCPSHS) is to enrich students with a foundation of knowledge in engineering theories, science and math, and providing students with the opportunity for hands-on applications and real-world experiences. MCPSHS exposes students to a challenging curriculum that expands on the application of engineering principles from theories found in physics and calculus, to their application in a variety of engineering fields, and provides students with the necessary analytic and college preparatory skills needed to continue pursuing a career in the field of engineering.
Curriculum
